PET bottle hand wash bottling line
This filling line is suitable for filling liquid watery material. The whole filling line includes gravity filling machine , inline twist capping machine, bottle labeling machine ,injet code printing machine ,collecting table and carton packing machine
Work steps:
1. The worker put lots of bottles into the bottle infter then bottles will move on the conveyor to the filling machine.
2. Bottles move to the filling machine, the photo sensor checks the number of bottle, after 16 pcs bottles move into filling machine, then start to fill, our filling machines have cover, and you can connect with the pipe Ventilation System of factory, the air offactory will be clean. And filling machine from zhangjiagang jst machinery is gravity filler ,filling controlled by time ,with much accurate filling ,and very easy to change parts and to clean the machine .when you change bottle size or shape ,no need to change spare parts ,can be adjusted and suitable for filling .
